Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Squad Apparel Africa Pty Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) for store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

To qualify for a return:

  • A return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item(s) must be unworn, in new condition, unwashed, all tags attached and returned in original packaging.

  • Any items that show signs of wear or are returned without packaging will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

  • To return an item, a  (ZAR) R150 courier fee applies and may be payable prior to collection taking place,

International Orders:

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

  • Store credit will be issued for the retail value of the item(s) only.

Processing Time:

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.
You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been issued.
